Rules
The Medallion will be hidden in a City Park in Forest Lake, but it will NOT be hidden at Lakeside Memorial Park, Fenway Park, or Castlewood Golf Course.
Individuals under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Medallion Hunt. The parent or guardian who claims the prize on behalf of a child must be registered.
All participants agree that the City of Forest Lake will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by participants for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prizes or participation in this contest.
Except where legally prohibited, by accepting the prize, winner grants permission to the City of Forest Lake, and those acting under its authority to use his or her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness for advertising and/or publicity without compensation.
Clue Postings
Forest Lake Medallion Hunt clues will be posted daily on the City of Forest Lake’s Facebook Page AND the Forest Lake Times beginning on Monday, February 20th, 2017 at 3:00 PM. A new clue will be posted daily at 3:00 PM through Sunday, February 26th, unless the Medallion is found prior to that date. If the Medallion is not found by 11:59 PM on Sunday, February 26th, the hunt is over.
Redemption
If you find the City of Forest Lake Medallion, return it to the Forest Lake City Center, 1408 Lake Street South, during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8-4:30 to claim the Forest Lake Prize Package. Must be redeemed by 4:30 PM on Wednesday, March 1st, 2017. Winner must have pre-registered and show ID.
