2007 Litchfield Watercade Medallion Hunt
Primary tabs
The medallion is hidden in the Litchfield area on public property. Finding the medallion will not require digging, climbing, cutting, hammering or any destructive means to retrieve it. Medallion hunters are urged not to search on private property or damage trees, shrubbery, buildings or other public property in their search.
To participate and be eligible for the $200 grand prize treasure hunters must have purchased a $3 Watercade button from any Miss Litchfield candidate or participating Litchfield business. Anyone without a button who finds the medallion will be eligible for a $100 prize.
To claim the cash prize, the finder of the medallion must present it to a designated representative of the Watercade Medallion Hunt Committee by calling (320) 693-8006 or (320) 593-1045.
Clues for the medallion hunt are posted daily at 10 a.m. in the window of the Independent Review office at 217 Sibley Ave. N. and on the newspaper’s Web site. Clues also will be read live on the air at KLFD-AM 1410. See www.independentreview.net/node/1195.
