The Post-Standard and syracuse.com have hidden a medallion somewhere in Onondaga County and will publish daily clues pointing treasure hunters to its location. Solve the clues and find the medallion, and you’ll win $2,000.

Explanation:
Butternut Creek can be seen from where the medallion lies; you don’t have to pay to get into Jamesville Beach Park; and the medallion is at the bottom of a slight hill.
